Last Updated: August 2026By booking or commissioning a design service, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.1. Project Agreement
Before work begins, the client and designer will agree on the project scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and number of included revisions.Any requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.2. Payment
A 50% down payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before the final high-resolution/exported files are delivered. The initial payment serves as a project deposit. It reserves time in the designer's schedule, allows work on the project to begin, and provides coverage for the initial planning, concept development, and creative work involved in the project.This ensures that time and resources are dedicated to confirmed projects and helps protect both the client and designer from unexpected cancellations or project abandonment.For smaller projects, full payment may be requested upfront.Work will not begin until the required payment has been received.3. Revisions
Each service includes the number of revision rounds stated in the agreed package or quotation.A revision refers to reasonable changes to the existing design. Requests for a completely different concept or direction may be considered a new design and may incur an additional fee.Additional revision rounds may be charged at ₱200–₱500 per round or $5-10, depending on project complexity.4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, text, images, logos, references, and other materials required for the project.The designer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.Clients should ensure that any materials they provide are legally permitted for use. As well as making sure that the final materials sent are checked. If there are any errors like typos seen in the materials, please point it out to the artist. Artist error revision is free of charge.5. Project Timeline
The estimated completion date will depend on the project's scope and the client's responsiveness.Delays in providing feedback, content, or approvals may result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline.Rush projects may be accepted depending on availability and when it is needed. Please reach out to the artist regarding the needed turnaround.6. Approval & Final Changes
Once the client approves the final design, significant changes or redesigns may be treated as a new request and charged accordingly.Clients are encouraged to carefully review all final text, names, dates, prices, contact information, and other details before giving approval.7. Cancellation & Refunds
The initial payment covers time reserved for the project and work already completed.If the client cancels after work has begun, the down payment is generally non-refundable.If the project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.If the designer is unable to complete the project for reasons on the designer's side, the client will be informed and an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be discussed.8. Final Files
Final files will be delivered in the formats agreed upon for the project.Editable/source files such as AI, PSD, Canva, or other working files are not automatically included unless specifically stated in the package or quotation.Source files may be purchased separately where applicable.9. Ownership & Usage Rights
The designer retains ownership of the original working files and design process unless otherwise agreed.Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final approved design for its intended purpose.The client may not resell, redistribute, or substantially modify the work for purposes outside the agreed usage without permission from the designer.10. Portfolio Rights
Unless the client requests otherwise before the project begins, the artist may display completed work in their portfolio, social media, website, or promotional materials for the purpose of showcasing their work.If a project is confidential or has not yet been publicly launched, the artist will wait until the client permits public display.11. Communication
Project-related communication should be kept within the agreed communication channel whenever possible.The client is expected to provide feedback and approvals in a reasonably timely manner.Repeated periods of inactivity may result in the project being placed on hold or the timeline being rescheduled.12. Respectful Collaboration
Both parties are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally.Harassment, abusive communication, threats, or unreasonable behavior may result in the project being terminated.13. Agreement
By making a payment, approving a quotation, or instructing the designer to begin work, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.Questions or special arrangements should be discussed before the project begins.
